Frankie Ranks is a Rhode Island songwriter/music teacher who formed his backing band The Freeloaders back in 2015, playing Alt-country, country rock and outlaw country around the small state. The band features Frankie "Ranks" Moniz on guitar and vocals, Matt Gillooly on Pedal steel, Matt Gilmette on Drums, Steve Donovan on guitar/vocals and Gary Harrison on bass.
